Terms of use and sale

1. Who we are

This website is run by Sana Essencia Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17298884, at 50 Fullbrook Drive, Basingstoke, RG21 6AX. Email hello@sanaessencia.co.uk. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. What we offer

• Downloads, such as the Manager's Pack and the Psychosocial Risk Management System, sold through our Payhip checkout.
• Services and plans, such as the Workplace Scent Plan, maker services, the Annual Support Plan and partner licences, arranged by email and paid by invoice.
• Free tools, such as the Blend Studio and the Psychosocial Risk Toolkit.
• Books, sold by Amazon under Amazon's own terms.

3. Business and consumer customers

Most of what we sell is for organisations. If you buy as a consumer, for yourself rather than for a business, you have legal rights that nothing in these terms takes away.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Sana Essencia Ltd is not VAT registered, so there's no UK VAT. Prices include any VAT due, including on orders from outside the UK.

Downloads are paid at checkout. For services, we send an invoice payable by card link or bank transfer. Sessions and services up to £59 are paid when you book. Packages and consultancy are paid 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Annual plans and licences are paid yearly in advance.

5. Delivery

Downloads are available straight after payment through the link Payhip sends you. Services are delivered by video call or email on the dates we agree. We usually reply within two working days.

6. Using our documents

When you buy a download or licence, you get a licence to use it, not ownership of the content. What each licence covers is set out in our licence terms. You may not resell, publish or share our materials outside your licence.

7. What our materials don't do

• They support, and don't replace, a suitable and sufficient risk assessment carried out by a competent person, advice from a competent health and safety professional, or legal advice.
• They don't guarantee compliance with any law or the outcome of an inspection or claim. Laws and guidance change, so check the current position before you rely on them.
• Our scent guidance is optional and about the environment. It is not health care or treatment, and it doesn't replace medical or psychological care.
• If you make or sell scented products, the safety assessment, labelling and notification they need stay with whoever makes and sells them.
• Blends, recipes and formulas from our tools and services are a creative starting point, not a safety assessment. Before you make, use or sell anything, check every ingredient against your supplier’s safety data sheet and IFRA certificate, and test it.

8. Free tools

Our free tools are provided as they are, and we may change or withdraw them. Measurements and suggestions are approximate, so check them before you use them, especially safety limits.

9. Our content

The website, tools and materials are owned by Sana Essencia Ltd or used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.

Your blends are yours. Blends, recipes and formulas you create with our tools, and those your guests create in your studio version, belong to you (or to your studio, under its own terms). Sana Essencia claims no rights in them. House blends we deliver to a studio are the studio’s to keep selling, even after its plan ends. Our tools, text and data stay ours.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

If you are a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to a business is limited to the price paid for the product or service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Other websites

We link to other websites, such as research sources, Payhip and Amazon. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown when you placed it.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
