What you can and can't do with Sana Essencia's documents and tools. Version 1.1, October 2026.

Sana Essencia Ltd is not VAT registered, so there's no UK VAT. Prices include any VAT due, including on orders from outside the UK.
You may
- Copy, edit and adapt the documents for use inside the licensed organisation or, on a Partner licence, for your licensed clients.
- Add your own logo. Partner licensees may present the documents under their own name, keeping the line “Powered by Sana Essencia”.
- Print and share the documents with your own staff, or with your licensed clients' staff.

Every branded version keeps the line “Powered by Sana Essencia”, the licence notice and the disclaimer. Email us with your logo and brand colours to get started.
You may not
- Resell, publish or share the documents, or edited versions of them, outside the licence.
- Use them for more organisations, staff or clients than your licence covers. If you grow, move to the next licence.
- Remove the licence notice or the disclaimer from the documents.
Updates and support
One-off licences include updates for 12 months from purchase. Annual licences include updates for as long as they are active. Support is by email to hello@sanaessencia.co.uk, usually within two working days.
Refunds
Because the documents are digital, refunds are offered within 14 days of purchase if you have not used them with staff or clients. Annual licences can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid year. See refunds and cancellations for the full policy.

The system supports, and does not replace, a suitable and sufficient risk assessment carried out by a competent person. It is general information, not legal or medical advice. Sana Essencia Ltd's total liability is limited to the price paid for the licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
