Refunds and cancellations

How to cancel, and when you get your money back. Last updated 21 October 2026.

Downloads

This covers the Manager's Pack, the Psychosocial Risk Management System and our other digital documents.

  • We refund you in full within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the documents with staff or clients.
  • If you are a consumer, the legal right to cancel digital content ends once you agree to start the download straight away. Our 14-day promise above still applies.
  • If a file is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you, whenever you bought it.

Services

This covers the Workplace Scent Plan, wording checks, video sessions, packages and consultancy.

  • You can cancel within 14 days of ordering for a full refund.
  • If you ask us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for the work already done.
  • Video sessions can be moved free of charge with 24 hours' notice.
  • If we can't deliver a service as agreed, we refund what you paid for it.

Annual plans, licences and subscriptions

This covers the Annual Support Plan, Consultant Partner licences and Blend Studio paid plans.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, less any work you asked us to deliver in that time.
  • After that, you can cancel at any time. Your plan stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and we don't refund part periods.
  • Founding pilots are free, so there is nothing to refund. You only pay if you choose to stay after the pilot.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@sanaessencia.co.uk with the email address you used and your order or invoice number. We reply within two working days and send any refund to the way you paid within 14 days of agreeing it.

Bought somewhere else?

  • Our books are sold by Amazon, so returns follow Amazon's rules.
  • Products bought on our Brazilian site follow the Brazilian refund policy.
