Services from Sana Essencia
The Blend Studio is free and stays free. When you want to go further, we create with you: from checking your wording to your brand's scent signature, with the science explained in plain English. Every service is delivered by video call or email, and orders are arranged and paid outside this app.
How it works
- Tap Order. It opens an email already filled in with the blend in your Studio. Add your details and send.
- We reply within 2 working days with available dates and an invoice from Sana Essencia Ltd, payable by card link or bank transfer.
- Packages and consultancy: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Sessions and services up to £59 are paid when you book.
- You receive your formula sheet and wording by email, ready to keep and print.
These are creative and educational services. They are not health care, make no therapeutic claims and do not replace the product safety assessment, labelling and notification your products may need, which stay with whoever makes and sells them. You can cancel within 14 days of ordering for a full refund; if you ask us to start sooner and then cancel, you pay only for the work already done. Video sessions can be moved free of charge with 24 hours' notice.

Plan a workshop from your guests’ blends: one prep list for the whole group, a formula card for each guest and a follow-up email that brings them back. In a live partner version this tab sits behind your studio login; guests never see it.

One row per item in your workshop kit. Fragrance load is a % of the wax weight; check your wax’s maximum.

Pick each guest’s blend: the ones they designed and sent you, or one of your house blends.

Everything to weigh out before guests arrive, including your spare.

Ready to send after the workshop: their formula, care tips and an easy way to rebuy or book again.
Client gifts, favours and team orders
Scale one blend to any number of candles, for a company’s Christmas gifts or a wedding, and print a gift tag for each.
Quantities are calculated from your own blends and loads. Always check each fragrance’s IFRA certificate and your wax supplier’s maximum load, and label products you sell in line with CLP.
